I chose Dryden to build my first home and the first red flag I saw is when I was told that my original closing date November 4th will be moved to December 7th which was followed by a now commonly used excuse “it’s Covid” for the cause of not getting materials. However, four (4) days before closing I received an email stated that there is a BO (Back Order) on my supposedly refrigerator (Whirlpool) and as such, they have a MagTag brand if I want to take or receive a check of $1100 upon closing (an ultimatum) which cannot purc... read more

So my husband and I rented from Dryden in the Wingrove apartments at 942 Grove point drive for a year and a half until my husband retired. Now the apartments are located right outside the gate to get on post so obviously it's all military families. we moved out and we just got the initial deposit back with a fake bill they made in their office I personally believe. They charged us almost 500 dollars for made up items so try could keep the money. These people are crooks. Stealing from our hard working men and women and their ... read more

This company realllllllly sucks bad. They have very crappy customer services. I have to constantly call to have someone to come and look at thing that are wrong with my home within the first 30 days of purchasing it. They always are saying someone will be out there to look at the issue but never show up or the person that does comes out eventually is the wrong person (basically not their speciality) and it will be another 3 weeks of pounding on customer service desk asking to have thing fix in my home. I advise anyone who do... read more

Dryden Enterprises is one of the worst companies that you can do business with in Coastal Georgia. Homes are fairly built and their customer service is the worst. Multiple issues with homes havent been addressed by the company. If anything should happen to your brand new home after the first year, expect no assistance from this company.

Work orders are completed on time when you need something fixed, I would say you get a bang for you buck as for space goes with their apartments. I lived in a Dryden apartment for 2 years before I ended up buying a home through them. Can't be any more happy.

My realtor was the first to tell me about Dryden Enterprises when I moved to the Hinesville area. I bought a home through Dryden and the home and the process met my expectations. They are responsive and took care of any issues I needed.

I had Dryden Properties build me a home I was very happy with them completing the project right on time. The job met my expectations and the quality of the work was fantastic.
