Dryden Enterprises will build a beautiful area surrounded by neglected common areas! Don't buy in this community! there are other communities that do better.
I chose Dryden to build my first home and the first red flag I saw is when I was told that my original closing date November 4th will be moved to December 7th which was followed by a now commonly used excuse “it’s Covid” for the cause of not getting materials. However, four (4) days before closing I received an email stated that there is a BO (Back Order) on my supposedly refrigerator (Whirlpool) and as such, they have a MagTag brand if I want to take or receive a check of $1100 upon closing (an ultimatum) which cannot purch... read more
