Been there several times now and have received very polite service, turn-around when promised and perfectly cleaned and pressed clothes. Plus the prices have been very fair and the location perfect for me. What more can I ask for?
I am using this company for a while now: suits, delicate clothes, coats...everything comes back beautifully and on the agreed time with kind service.
I brought in a tie to be cleaned and one cotton/poly blend Oxford White to be pressed. The shirt was as flimsy as if I took out of the dryer on the following morning. The Tie was destroyed. I had barely tolerated the won-tonly obnoxious attitude of the woman who works there but what they did to my ties was appalling. And to bag it, and hope for the best? Really?
