They OFTEN DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION.IT HAS BEEN SO ANNOYING HAVING A CLEAN LOAD TO PICK UP OR DIRTY ONE TO DELIVER AND FIND THAT THEY ARE CLOSED!!! BESIDES,THEY USED TO CALL ME WHEN IT WAS READY TO PICK UP...NOW NOT ANYMORE!!! THEY KEEP CHANGING SCHEDULE BUT ODTEN THERE'S NO ADD ON THE DOOR!!! IM FRANKLY ANNOYED WITH THIS!!!

The service provided by the cashier was ok however I was advised of a price for. Service and when I went to pick up there was a 50% increase that nobody made me aware of in advance. Never will I give them business again. Horrible experience when I asked for the manager, he was not available and nothing was offered to help. Horrible service.
Terrible service, first and last time I will ever use this facility, they ruined my dress. They left a pin to pin point a spot and they obviously dry cleaned over it! TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.
