I just left my appointment and the service was terrible. The one employee was rude and both girls made me like a nuisance with how much they rushed my appointment. I get blowouts once a week. I had to book here because my normal girl was fully booked this week. They did my hair in 20 minutes because they were rushing and tugging on my hair so quickly to get me out of there. I see Angelina every week at Drybar, and she never misses! My blowouts always come out perfect and last so well. She’s professional, consistent, and always makes my hair look amazing!
Not the best blow out experience. Staff wasn’t super friendly, felt a bit unwelcome. As far as the actual style, was just meh. Have definitely had way better blowouts elsewhere.
I would give zero stars if I could. I am a longtime member and I am always punctual. I saw multiple appointments in the app but was told that, on the one occasion in a year I was 8 min late, they couldn’t do my hair. I pointed out that an appointment 15 minutes later was available, and they not only charged me the full fee but still refused to wash my hair. They are terrible, I won’t be back and I encourage you to go to any of the other salons nearby for a better experience.
