Went in for a blow out in Waikiki being that I was there on holiday and taking family portraits in the beach. Was assigned Heidi. She acted like she was new and didn’t know how to touch hair, although she was gentle. I have naturally frizzy, curly hair and she needed to straighten it. She did not and made me hair look awful. I want a full refund. I spoke to the store manager who was absolutely disrespectful, not willing to come to a resolution and did not know how to talk. I made an appointment yesterday 5pm 30th of October in the store and prepaid for the booking to make it easier. I was never informed about any policies of rescheduling and/or cancellations. Avoid this place at all costs , worst experience I had at a hair salon my whole life , I done my hair while I was in Waikiki for my anniversary and we were having a fancy dinner at upscale place , didn’t even last until I made it there. The hair stylist didn’t know what she was doing at all and took hour and half and at last looked really bad.
