Went in with my cousin over the weekend. I should have looked at the reviews about service before I booked but I've been to other drybars that were great so didn't think about it. My cousin's stylist seemed really nice, offered her a drink etc... My stylist hardly spoke to me and offered me nothing, then at the end she walked away, I thought to charge me but then I just never saw her again. I scheduled my appointment over two weeks in advance yet this location still called me 3 separate times to reschedule it again and again. They have no problem rearranging your appointment last second or taking walk-ins over you, but the moment you’re late (even if booked extra time just in case), they’ll hit you with a cancellation fee. The double standard is ridiculous. Today was the last straw. I never write reviews but I feel like I need to. I have naturally straight hair, and came in for a straight blowout. The women doing my hair was sweet but she took 40+ passes through EACH SECTION of my hair and broke so much of it off. My hair is straight naturally, there’s absolutely no need to do that. I’ve never had this issue after a blow out. Save your money and your hair.
