I was scheduled for an up tini on Sunday and I was contacted by the salon that the stylist called off for the entire week-end and no one else can do an up do apparently. So my appointment was cancelled. They offered to book me on another day-My nephew's wedding unfortunately can't be rescheduled! I will NEVER book services here again and will be sharing my experience with others.
Be careful who you see if you have curly hair. The girl got a round brush stuck in my hair and I had to have 3 inches cut off the ends they burnt it so badly.
I never leave reviews, especially not negative ones but this place is incredibly unprofessional. They have canceled services the day of or the night before the appointment. This evening they canceled the night before my daughter’s prom not giving us any time to find another salon to fit her in. They offer her a free scalp massage at her next booking. I will never return here.
Poor communication and lack of professionalism. The employees were fake nice.
