I usually have a great time at Drybar. My review is with management and not the stylists. Unfortunately, I’ve had several issues with billing. Twice they’ve charged me when I’ve had credits. Another time they charged me for the full price barfly membership when I had a discounted rate from a special. Mistakes happen, but it’s difficult to get in touch with someone who can help. Booked my appointment for two through the website. Apparently, it only works if you book through the app. They also know this. Went in for my appointment, and they said if we booked through the website, despite having email confirmation and photos of the appointment confirmation, we weren’t in the system. Despite four stylists standing there, they said they could not help us. They told us we would have to call another location, would not do it themselves to help.
