Edit 7/23: If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner of the establishment reached out via email to set up a call for Monday 7/21. It is now Wednesday and I still have yet to receive a call. Extremely disappointed in this establishment and the team that works here. I purchased a 6 Blowout Pass and it was not made clear that they expire within 6 months of purchase. I went in on 07/06/25 and was shocked at the end of my appointment when I was told the pass had expired, especially when I still had 3 blowouts left. I am SO happy Drybar came to Highland!! Their double barfly membership has been a total game changer for me, and I look so forward to my appointments. I’ve gotten blowouts from many of their lovely stylists who kill it every time! The place is stunning, clean, and has such great vibes. The owner Niki & the entire Drybar team are so so welcoming and kind. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a blowout here, you won’t regret it!!
