I loved how my service turned out my stylist did an incredible job, and I’m really happy with my hair. I called ahead, explained I had extensions, and was told it was fine to come at that time. Everything went great until checkout, when I was put on speaker to talk to the manager. Even though she wasn’t rude, it felt really unprofessional, like I was being blamed for the stylist going over closing time. Just had my hair washed and blown out-for the 20th time. Talented hairstylists! Fast and fabulous service! Bought the monthly subscription because it’s such a great deal too.
Lovely service from all the stylist i have used there. It’s nice to be offered juice or water or even I thought the wine while you’re having your hair done. I don’t know why, but I’ve been there five or six times and every single time my curls fall out by the end of the night or sometimes by the end of happy hour.
I look forward to my appointment every month! And seeing Julie is always a perk when I get her for my blow out.
The place is clean, bright and full of smiling faces.
