I stopped in today for a blow out and I have hair extensions that are LONG! Candace nailed my hair I’m so happy to show it off tonight. The manager was super welcoming and the kind. She takes in pride in her position there and it shows. Will be back ♥️
I was in town for some special events and love my dry bar in my home town but was wowed by this one. It's really nicely laid out and spacious. My stylist was awesome from the shampoo and scalp massage to the style. My hair had never felt so clean and she was super good at rinsing all the shampoo out. My style was perfect and lasted for days! I had some trouble with my membership benefits but the owner took care of it and texted me an update. I loved how my service turned out my stylist did an incredible job, and I’m really happy with my hair. I called ahead, explained I had extensions, and was told it was fine to come at that time. Everything went great until checkout, when I was put on speaker to talk to the manager. Even though she wasn’t rude, it felt really unprofessional, like I was being blamed for the stylist going over closing time. Just had my hair washed and blown out-for the 20th time. Talented hairstylists! Fast and fabulous service! Bought the monthly subscription because it’s such a great deal too.
Lovely service from all the stylist i have used there. It’s nice to be offered juice or water or even I thought the wine while you’re having your hair done. I don’t know why, but I’ve been there five or six times and every single time my curls fall out by the end of the night or sometimes by the end of happy hour.
