Jose G. was my knight in shining armor. He was my hero. Tuesday afternoon the washing machine in my rental decided it was time to make my life difficult. During its malfunction the drum filled with water and blew open creating a river in the house. Flash forward about 4 hours later and Jose G. arrived with his white cape. There’s a leak in my parents’s home that affected the ceiling in the main living room. Jose and Jose G came out to inspect and assess water damage in our ceiling .Both were extremely professional and answered all my questions . The areas were dry so they advised on steps to get dry wall repaired . I really appreciated their thoroughness.

Terrible. Not even sure this company is real. Trying to call the main office is pretty much impossible. The assigned project managers don’t know how to communicate and are more tied up in their own personal appointments rather than managing an emergency project . An overall unprofessional, poorly run organization.
