Extremely disappointing service I hired Ricky to clean a rug, and unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. Despite paying in full and being polite and patient, the rug still smells strongly after the cleaning.... whatever was done clearly didn’t fix the issue. I reached out multiple times to ask what product was used and whether anything could be done but Ricky completely ignored my messages and calls. No follow-up, no accountability. Poor quality work and even worse customer service. Would not recommend.
This guy is incredible for punctuallity, manners, and work ethic at cheaper prices than any other quotes. I had a flooded floor and he was there after putting a less urgent job back for us. Thank you Rick
