Jeremy is a liar and took payment without finishing work. I am taking Jeremy and DryTech into court yo get reimbursed for work I had to get done by a reputable roofing company in the amount of $37,500. Jeremy with not respond to emails or answer his phone. He took payment and ghosted me. Time for the courts to handle. His license is also suspended by the contractors board for not paying taxes and fees.

Never got a final inspection done. Installed gutter on roof gable! No gutter guards or replace skylight per negotiation. Never returned when new gutter failed and water poured out around downspout. Put up a gutter along side of house that was unnecessary. Never followed up on promises to to fix any of these things. Mailbox is full. SHADY.

We hired Dry-Tech Roofing last year and are still waiting for the project to be completed. The owner, Jeremy Zimmerman, and his team are non-responsive at this point (we tried everything: phone, SMS, calls) and are leaving us with an unfinished roof. The workmanship was ok for the main roof, but horrible for the garage roof. We didn't negotiate Jeremy (owner) down on the overall cost and spent more than $24,000. I signed a Contract for a new roof with them August 11, 2022. They forgot to apply for the right permit, so I filled an application for the correct permit, sent it, to them, which they received. I could never get a response via phone or emails trying to find out what the status of the job was. I documented all correspondence. I finally called B B in Feb. who contacted them, no response. I hired a new roofer 10 days ago, my new roof will be finished tomorrow.
