Do not hire this company. They came in and there was total overkill in terms of taking out carpeting, drywall, baseboards, etc. They were only concerned about how much money they could get from the insurance company. They collected over $11,000 including our share of the deductible. They NEVER came back to repair or replace what needed to be done. There are some good reviews for Drystar but that was not my experience. We had water damage, they came in with a list of what they were going to do but in the end, all they did was put of 3 fans for 3 days. They claim they did more work but never got my signature. Now, they are seeking litigation for monies they claim was never paid. Granted, I feel like the value of what they did is about $1500.00, maybe less, which I have not paid as I have been disputing their usurious $4700.00 bill! RecommendedThey arrived quickly to remove the damage and ready the area for repair. They took care of everything: trash removal, ordering matching hardwood for our floor and dealing with our insurance company. The repairs look exactly as they were both the damage. The hardwood floor looks like new again. All their workers were polite and very qualified. I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in the laundry room downstairs and by the time Rafael got finished with the repair it is actually better than before it was damaged. He was very professional and personable. He is to be commended for his awesome work ethic. You are a lucky company to have him in your employ.
