Why is there a no star option? If you want heroine addicts cleaning your carpet..... this is your company! These crooks were supposed to clean my grandmother’s house for the basic service for under $100. They took full advantage of her, when I wasn’t there, and upsold her a package for $300. NEVER EVER use this company!! They came to clean our home and left streaks up and down our steps from pre-treating and not cleaning it. They completed our whole home in 45 minutes. When we asked why it didnt look clean, they said its because the carpet is old. We then called Teasdale Fenton and they asked the last time we had our carpets cleaned. We told them last week and they were floored. Teasdale Fenton recleaned all areas and removed all dirt. Clean Right was not willing to return our payment. Absolutely Terrible and I ... read more
