I walked into this self-storage place expecting dusty boxes and creepy noises, but instead found a sparkling fortress of organization, security, and friendly staff who actually smiled (which is rarer than a unicorn at BP). The units are so clean I considered moving in permanently. The locks? Stronger than BP’s willpower to keep their pumps working without throwing tantrums every five minutes. The owner, David, is a great guy, and his customer service skills are right on point. He is very easy to get along with and, from speaking with him, doesn't act as if he is better than others, considering he owns several facilities. I've spoken to people in a similar position, and most of them act better than others. I rent from two of his facilities and I am very happy with my experience.

Needed a storage unit while building our house as we downsized during the transition. Quick access from I75, staff was friendly and the best monthly rental rates I shopped. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage units in or around Dry Ridge, KY!
