The owner, David, is a great guy, and his customer service skills are right on point. He is very easy to get along with and, from speaking with him, doesn't act as if he is better than others, considering he owns several facilities. I've spoken to people in a similar position, and most of them act better than others. I rent from two of his facilities and I am very happy with my experience.

Needed a storage unit while building our house as we downsized during the transition. Quick access from I75, staff was friendly and the best monthly rental rates I shopped. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage units in or around Dry Ridge, KY!
This facility is well maintained and the leasing and payment staff are easy to get a hold of and work with. Online rental was easy and seamless. They are also lower in price and offer move in specials.
