Awesome job! Since installation we have had several heavy thunderstorms with no leaks. Looks great too. Im having them come back to do more work in the spring
The job turned out awesome. Better than I expected.The guy's cleaned up the site everyday and we're real nice to work with.I asked for extra carpentry boards to accent there system. They did a perfect job and the price was exactly there quote.
Pat and Michelle were great to work with. They came when they said and were on time. Our underdecking looks great. The lights and fans are awesome. It was worth the wait. We wanted the best and got it.
Excellent customer service. They installed an underdeck system and were very responsive and professional and great to work with throughout the whole process. Pat and the team showed up as promised, worked very hard on the installation and went above and beyond to repair a few things that were not originally listed. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best contractors out there. The process was seamless from start to finish. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They responded quickly to any questions we had. They were honest about their timeline and kept us informed as to whether or not it would change (it didn't). More importantly, the quality of work was great and they got everything done in less than a day. I couldn't believe how fast the process took. I can't recommend this business enough.
Highly recommend Dry Patio Solutions. They did an excellent job of installing our under deck system which included new can lighting and ceiling fan. The material is high quality and looks great. We've had some heaving rain since the installation and everything is working as designed. If you're thinking of adding a under deck system to your deck be sure to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Probably the best contractor I have ever encountered. The under deck material is extremely high quality, looks amazing and is water tight. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! The space under my deck is now our favorite hangout space. It looks amazing! Pat does a great job of communicating expectations, following up, and executing on his commitments. He and his team exceeded all of our expectations. I would hire them again and again!
