I waited a year to post this to be sure my issues were gone. I had a damp attic. Before Dale and the guys came I had an attic fan installed to improve airflow which has greatly helped with the moisture issue. But the Dry N Go crew came to treat the resulting mold & mildew on the wood and spray an encapsulation coat. They were hard working and friendly.
