We were recommended Joe through the Carpet Barn in Waynesville. We were needing service after noticing some hard to remove stains in the carpet of our spa studio. He left our whole studio spotless (including the rugs), for a reasonable price! A professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy business. Highly recommend!
My experience with Joe and Jacquelynn of dry master carpet care was exceptional! They were helpful describing the process, and our wall to wall in the bedrooms and nice rugs in living room and dining room are all fresh and clean and will be dry in about an hour! They spent their time spot- treating them (from our doggie) and the whole house smells so fresh! The price was reasonable and they are kind and honest business people! Highly recommend this service.
