Don't hire Dry Guys. They don't take responsibility for their s**** up, are unresponsive to phone calls, and leaft a hazardous mess behind. They installed a dehumidifier in my house. Next day I had no hot water. I called. Three days later finally called back. They blew me off "we don't go anywhere near hot water heaters." I called my utility repair company PSEG. They came out. Dry Guys had unplugged the hot water heater to plug in the dehimidifier. PSEG looked around found a second plug and now I have hot water.That is not a... read more

Dry Guys Basement Systems Honest and trustworthy business. Their estimate was accurate and did everything necessary to make my basement into a new room. I have no complaints and would hire them again in a NewYork minute.

no experience Dry guys installed equipment in which they had no experience. they claimed it was a favor, but the proposal clearly states that it was a part of their business, otherwise why would it be listed. this equipment cost me more money then it was worth. they could have repaired the problem and they would have kept a customer, but instead they never returned calls nor tried to fix the problem they caused. I highly recommend DryGuys. ***** and ********* came on time, completed the requested job (sealing and insulating the rim joist), and made sure I had all my questions addressed and that I was aware of the approach. ***** was the lead on this project and communicated everything professionally as he and ********* worked very efficiently in getting the job done. This team gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Well done!

Dry Guys crew supervised by Ian were excellent. We were pleased with their work, neatness and attention to detail. The foreman explained everything that they were doing and got my approval before making any changes as situations. All 3 guys were very professional and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Dry Guys for a waterproofing solution and gave Dry Guys five stars. Cherry Hill 11/12-11/13.
