As a small business owner, I have used The Dry Guys multiple times on jobs that are too far gone for our Shower Restorations service. They are super responsive, honest, and want the best for the customers. They don’t try to sell you the book but truly address your issues with professionalism. Highly recommended.
I called Dry Guys due to a toilet leak. Eric answered my phone call around 7am and by 8:30am Nick was at my house already installing equipment. They were quick and transparent throughout the whole process. Unfortunately drywall had to be removed but they cleaned all the mess up and left the equipment running until everything was completely dry. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you and God forbid I have another leak but at least I know who to reach out to.
As a realtor my preferred vendors make or break my business because I need to be able to recommend people to trust. I trust Dry Guys with any emergency or mold jobs for my clients and I will continue doing so. Eric is my first call if I hear about a busted pipe or mold every time.
