The dry Force Team came out as they said they would and did a beautiful very professional job when they were here and explained what they were doing. We could not have been more satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them

The workman themselves are wonderful. The communication and follow-up with insurance was horrible! Once they’re paid they are done so don’t expect extra help if you need it. Took forever to get phone calls, texts or emails answered. I hated the experience with them over all (except for the workers).

Long story short, if Parker & Sons or any other plumbing company ever recommended or referred to Dryforce, just say no to it. I had terrible experience with them. Got taken advantage and pressured, basically. Just to show that I'm not being bias and BSing, here are the good points about them: -Knowledgeable. -The setup is sort of professional. -They can get the job done, sort of. -They do try to engage with your insurance if you do have insurance.
