All the staff here are exceptional and very kind. Many of which have their own personal stories about dry eye issues. On intake they are very attentive and listen to all your symptoms, issues, and stories and take them seriously! Dr Bourn and her tech Michelle have taken care of my eye health needs for a number of years. I have experienced very thorough examinations and Dr Bourn has always spent as much time as needed to explain to me my condition and how we should approach the treatment.
I have tried five different practices in five years. Finally a win and a keeper! Dr. Bourn is passionate about finding the root cause of dry eyes. Real answers and solutions! My search is over.
