I had an issue with my condo in Chula Vista this month. I live out of state, so it is very challenging for me to coordinate the process of fixing and restoring. Terrence was there for me. He helped to coordinate all the workers from different companies and all the owner/tenants and even the condo’s maintenance man to ensure everyone was talking together and hearing the same thing. Dried my cabinets fast and saved me tons of money Called these guys, heard of them through a friend. I had a flood in my kitchen and it soaked my cabinets. I thought for sure that I would need to replace them but these guys had an injector drying machine that dried them. Only needed to replace a small section under the sink of the cheap press board, none of the outside doors. Leo updated me daily, thanks so much!
Great work, removed water fast, kept me in the loop Had these guys come out when I came back from work and my living room was flooded. Carpet was soaked. Found them on the internet and they came out quicker than I thought they would. They had a machine they rode on to remove the water from the carpet without having to remove it! Saved me a ton of money by not needing to replace the carpet. Thanks guys and for keeping me in the loop with the work.
