I had an issue with my condo in Chula Vista this month. I live out of state, so it is very challenging for me to coordinate the process of fixing and restoring. Terrence was there for me. He helped to coordinate all the workers from different companies and all the owner/tenants and even the condo’s maintenance man to ensure everyone was talking together and hearing the same thing.
