Disappointed in the grouper bites and never thought I would say that. The fish didn’t have the right texture or taste. Made me wonder if it was even grouper. The batter was tasteless and not at all comparable to what I have had in the past. The french fries were small with no flavor. I’ve been going there for 20 years and was never unsatisfied, until today. I hope they aren’t caving into cooking the way Gecko’s does. Found by accident, I will be back awesome food and view
Had grouper which was cooked properly and served with a lemon sauce that was excellent. People I was with had the seafood pasta which they described as exceptional.
Oysters Rockefeller was awesome, great service from Jo, reservations seated right on time and no better view in Sarasota County...and how many restaurants are on the water in Sarasota.......lunch and dinner
My only complaint about the Dry Dock is that there are not more tables outside. And, there are always too many people - a sign that the place is as good as my 'excellent' rating!
Service, food and location were all wonderful!! Will definitely visit again.
We’ve been coming here almost every year since 2003 and I always have dinner there! My favorite restaurant on Longboat Key!
