I recently purchased a boat and can do nothing but sing the praise about Dry Dock Marina. First, Nate in sales displayed wonderful customer service to me. From working with me on the purchase, orientation to the boat, to his help after the sale, he insured I was happy with the purchase. The service department was great as well. They tweaked the engine and made a vast difference in performance. I’m not sure what they did but it was definitely effective! I would highly recommend Dry Dock to anyone.
My Malibu gave out on the lake on July 5th. Dry Dock is closed Sun And Mon so oh silly me called around only to be told it would be at least 3 weeks for a service call. I had left Dry Dock a message and sure enough Tues morning Julie calls me to place a service call. And they had it fixed and ready to go tubing again before I even realized they were out. The 7 grandkids were thrilled to say the least. Julie and the crew at Dry Dock came to my rescue and saved the day. I can”t thank you guys enough.
The staff are very friendly and the two guys that repaired my electrical system were also very nice to work with.
We had a really Good Experience with Nathan on the purchase of our new Harris Pontoon and Terry delivering and going over all the things we needed to know about using our Pontoon. We are a returning customer and have always been treated in a very professional way from all of the employees in the Sales And Service Departments. We have no problem recommending Dry Dock for anyone wanting to purchase a Boat or Pontoon from them.
