This place is not safe. I was molested a few days ago in the laundry room which is NEVER LOCKED. My toilet keeps running even after maintenance fixed it. Plus I had to live with a stinking toilet for days after I put in the service call. The area around Dry Creek is nasty. My dog and I were attacked by loose dogs. I HATE it here. For the love of God do not move here.
I just want to give a shoutout to Ashley and Hailey in the office at Dry Creek Village! They’re both super friendly and always have great communication. You can really tell they care about the residents and are doing such a great job, especially being the new staff. Maintenance has also been awesome — every time I put in a work order, it gets handled really quickly. It’s been such a positive change lately, and I really appreciate all the effort they’re putting in to keep everything running smoothly.
The new office staff is friendly and has been doing a great job turning the apartments around. They're doing multiple treatments for pest control, which I appreciate! Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems in my apartment. It's a good feeling to like where you live
My fiancé and I have been living here for almost 2 years, for the area the apartments aren’t bad at all…I have no complaints about the apartment itself! It’s residents who cause problems by fighting outside with his girlfriends who ends up screaming and crying (one instance he was literally banging on her car preventing her from leaving) and has people come in the middle of the night and argue which wakes us up, and crashing into the parking spots! Is something to happen with all the people who dig into our trash and makes a huge mess. Is something to happen when random people dumping their large furniture into our trash can. Is something to happen with the homeless population always unplugging the washing machines so they charge their phone or used the laundromat as a shelter.
