We have been patients here for YEARS! They are the best in my opinion, however, the last three times we have needed work done (extractions for ortho purposes, trying to save adult teeth from transposing etc) they have been scheduling MONTHS out. That isnt beneficial for anyone. How can a child with a progressing cavity wait 3 months for a filling, and then be forced to get a crown. Its so frustrating. It has only become an issue in the last couple years and we have been forced to go elsewhere.
I showed up 10 minutes late after they called me two minutes earlier. They said they have a 10-minute late policy, so we were within that timeframe but the front desk lady waited on purpose to check us in until it was 3:11 and then rudely said we can’t take you in today. No apologies or anything just a blunt no. I told her we want to cancel altogether, and we can find another dentist for my kids. best pediatric dentist!
I LOVE this office. They are so good with kids. My kids have no problem with going and even get excited about getting a little toy at the end. The hygienists are all 10/10, just so kind, so efficient, and so knowledgeable. They do an excellent job staffing only the best. I'm distrusting of Dr's and dentists typically, but can say I completely trust the dentists at this office. They're fantastic. Best Dentist office. They are so kind and patient with my kids. The Dentist are awesome too. Always thorough in communication and kind. We have been coming here for years and plan on staying!
