Too much turnover in doctors & in nurse practitioners. They always forget to order meds & always say take her to the hospital. Can’t handle a minor ER like fluid retention.

Please Correct me if I am wrong! But, to my knowledge a EMERGENCY is a matter of life or death! Right? So when a doctor calls and says that your Mother needs to go have a EKG ASAP you rearrange your whole schedule ask others to help fill in the gaps where needed and you have her there @ the appointed time to find out that the EMERGENCY orders haven’t been called in.... RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Crawford! Do you have a wait when you go see her? Yes! But do you get a high level of care, attention, & compassion when you’re there with here? Absolutely, unlike anyone I’ve ever seen in my life. This doctor is the kindest, most caring dr I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Poor patient interaction, they lie, do not call with test results change dosages without informing you. Did not follow thru with any requests from my Express Scripts or my orthopedic. Mistake happen I get that, but way to many for me an my health care!! I deserve better.. My opinion This place needs improvement & a different doctor..
RecommendedI've been going here for 8 years, wouldn't want to go anywhere else. My husband, daughter and grandchildren also go here. We receive excellent care. We're treated with respect from the moment we walk in the door til the moment we leave. If you have to wait you can be sure there was an emergency. I give them 5 stars
