I had been going to this cleaners fa couple of months and they were doing a good job. I put my pure white in and my silk necktie had a stain on it upon picking it up. I could see through the plastic. I had to bring it to there attention on the spot. They agreed to have it recleaned and when it got recleaned most of the stain was gone, but it left a speck on my pure white necktie, that will get noticed.
