Update: The manager of this location was nice and seemed to genuinely try to help, but the owner(s) have been awful. Legacy Cleaners said they would have to send out the dress for specialized cleaning for around $250. However, this is the only thing they admit to. Legacy stated that they could clean the veil separately for $15. That seemed reasonable to me, so I decided to leave the veil and conduct more research to determine whether I wanted to leave the dress with them at a later date. Great service, told me my 15 shirts wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm on Thursday and they were ready 2 days early! Can’t beat that kind of customer service.
