I took my comforter there to be dry cleaned. It came back with a pull in the thread, which caused a tear and the stuffing was in hard and in clumps. When I returned to the store, the manager would not even look at the comforter. Once she realized I was not happy with the service, she immediately began retreating to the back area. She said that they are not responsible for any damage to the items and that "it's always first time customers that come back to complain." Manager of High End Retail Co. I have been coming to this dry cleaning place for over a year now, but never brought in any white merchandise. This last few times I brought in my white clothing, and both times it came out stain with pink stains. They also discolor my clothes from white to ivory! might as well just scrub my clothes down at the creek This place is horrible. They are constantly breaking buttons on shirts and zippers on pants and clothing is filthy dirty when picked up. Laundered items are not even thoroughly dry when picked up so you need to make sure you pull the plastic off of them and allow them to dry properly if you don't want them to mildew in your closet. I called this company to see what the cost of dry cleaning a womens' dress would be. The man that answered the phone did not understand me or English so he passed the phone to a female worker .. I asked her the same question and she asked if I was a customer I told her not yet I needed a price quote she said ok how can I help you what are needing to check on something we have here. If they can't understand questions from a prospective client then I don't want to take anything to them!

I took my comforter in to be DRYCLEANED and they washed it. It had the tag on it that says dry clean only and they still put it in the washer. I went to pick it up and all of the batting was bunched up on the edges and it had shrunk. The manager said that she "washed" it personally. I asked why she washed it, as it was to be dry cleaned only. She informed me that it was in that condition when I brought it in and just to take it! She would not say anything else on the matter. Just Say No!!! Should have known this place was bad when they gave me someone else's shirt and they asked me if I wanted to keep it when I brought it back to them. They've now lost the pants to 2 of my suits and a few other things and have no clue. After accusing me of picking these up already, turns out they gave my stuff to another customer. I have to talk to the Manager to see what they'll do if the customer doesn't return them, but he's dodging me. This is about the 4th time they've lost something and every other time it... read more

I would not recommend using this dry cleaners! It has been over a month and the management still refuses to resolve the issue of my LOST dry cleaning. I have called numerous times to no avail. The employees do not have contact information for their manager. The manager is only at the location for a couple of hours each morning. I have had to contact the BBB regarding this issue and am looking to pursue other avenues of resolution. What a headache!

Dry Clean Supercenter #1 I usualy do not use a dry cleaner. I have a washer and dryer at home. However, not too long ago, my dryer quit. I needed to get some things washed and dried before I could have the dryer looked at. I found this place while driving back home and decided to give it a shot. this place was suoper friendly and quick. I was shocked that they gave me a call to tell me my clothes were ready. I highly suggest you try this joint. Dry cleaning much easier on you anyway.

Like this cleaners! Nice employees, come to your car in a timely manner. Clothes come out clean and at a very inexpensive price. Always done a good job on our bedspread too!
