Ripped Off In Rockville If you wonder why a drycleaners can charge just $1.99 a garment to clean, I can tell you: crappy work done by undocumented workers. I stupidly took two items to this "drycleaners" (I use the term loosely in this case) and both items apparently were washed not drycleaned as both had shrunk badly--something I have never experienced before with a reputable drycleaner. My garment went in perfect but came out wrecked. The best they could do was refund me the cost of the dry cleaning, refusing to refund me the cost of the dress. If you don’t care about your garment coming out wrecked, by all means, go here. Customer service is not the customer is right here. Beware.

I always laugh when people come to pick up clothes and blankets and count hangers or peek under the plastic to make sure the stain is gone. If one marks the stain, it is probably gone. If not, speak up in a civil tone and the issue will be address. In over 10 yrs, we only went to lost and found once. Can you imagine how many white shirts are handled here daily? Found it by size and no starch.
