Don't ever take your clothes here! – They ruined a brand new pair of pants. Tried to tell me it was a stain when it was burned into the pants. They do not care about the customer or their clothes. I will not be going back there ever again. The place looks run down and should not be able to remain in business.
The worst custom service ever!! – They are so rude, I also work with the public so i understand how demanding that can be. But i have never been treated so badly. They do not finish things on time and don't even feel one bit sorry. I will never use them again. BEWARE, this place needs to be shut down!!
Horrible Service! Damaged Clothing! Don't Use This Business! – This cleaner completely ruined a beautiful dress and then blamed me for the damage. They refused to reimburse me for the cost of the dress or even for what I spent to have my clothes cleaned. The manager was rude and insulting. If you care at all for your clothing, don't have it cleaned here.

Bad on so many levels – This business (and I use that term loosly) was the biggest rip-off! The owner was very rude and unreasonable, with no idea what "customer service" is. They held my clothes hostage. Seriously. This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had with any service industry. Go anywhere but here!
Great service, low cost – I've been happily taking my dry cleaning here for the past few months after searching for a place that didn't charge an arm & a leg to dry clean my work slacks. This is a no-frills, low-cost, mass dry cleaner. Yes, you have to pay up-front. Is that such a big deal? To me, it's not -- makes pickup easy and quick. From my experience, they have done a great job dry cleaning my shirts and slacks for $1.50 each. Other places charge as much as $4 or $5 to dry clean slacks! Horrible. Torn Clothing, Don't offer to fix! PREPAY! – I have yet to have a worse experience at a "dry cleaner". not only did Dry Clean City RUIN my shirts (yes, not one, or two... but FIVE!) of them! I clearly pointed the problem out, yet the manager himself did not care one bit.
