This company Is a piece of garbage. I spent $15,700 to get them to water proof the basement. Had 2 other companies evaluate the work performed by dry basement evaluated basically got ripped off to the tune of $15,700

I hired Dry Basement Inc. Foundation repair to fix my leaky basement in June 2013. I called because I was having trouble with water on the floor and some coming in from the basement walls. I was concerned about my damp basement causing mold and wood rot. It's been an ongoing process for the past year and a half to get them to fix the repair and clean up the mess. Great Job! – Dry Basement House Holder did exactly what thier name says. They Lifted and now are holding my house and I have a dry basement. Thank you guys! From the phone call to the last man that was cleaning up my yard several days after the ground dried out. Im looking foward to the rainy season so I can brag about my dry basement to all of my nieghbors. Thanks again!

They should change their name to Wet Basement – We had 4 bids for some major foundation repair, and they were the most expensive. Family had used them years ago and they made great promises, so we signed the contract. All was well and they quickly cashed the $2000 deposit check. The day they were supposed to start, it kept getting delayed and delayed. A problem when we work, and have to keep changing the schedule, and have to get it done before winter. Great employees – I had three of the guys come out to replace my basement windows today. I'd like to tell you that they were extraordinarily polite, respectful of my belongings and my home. They cleaned up all of their mess, just as well as I would have done it myself. They never asked to use my restroom, they never bothered me once all day. When I did talk to them, off and on, they were just extremely friendly and polite. They even went out of their way to cut down THREE bushes that I had been procrastinating on for months ... read more
