Excellent experience from start to finish! The customer service was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was spotless and very well organized. The meat was fresh, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this butcher shop to anyone looking for great service and premium meat.
After hearing great things about Dry Aged from a friend, I decided to give them a try for a weekend at the cottage. I ordered an 8lb, seasoned, vacuum-sealed prime rib to feed 9 hungry adults. I opted to reverse sear it to a perfect medium-rare, and the results were absolutely stunning. Everyone was left completely speechless by how flavorful and incredibly tender the meat was—there wasn't a single scrap left on the table. If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, I cannot recommend Dry Aged enough!
