Excellent Service, excellent work! We are in Hillsborough and needed our vents cleaned. After searching google and calling, we went with DRX. They perform the most thorough job for the best price, hands down. No coupon, no hassle. They fit us right into their schedule too. Super easy. I was referred to DRX by Next Door and was thrilled with their work. My home had not had the ducts cleaned for at least 13 years and Joe and Mingh (sp?) were very professional. They took the time to help me understand what they were doing, what the current situation was, and the benefits of performing this cleaning. They walked me through the entire process via pictures and explained everything to me. They were respectful of my home and my cat and I would highly recommend their service to others.
I recommended DRx to a relative and unfortunately I was told your guys were described as unprofessional and they rushed through the cleaning process, and didn't secure the vents properly. I am extremely upset and regret ever recommending Drx to them. I advised that they call you back to fix it and they don't want anything to do with you and will be calling another company to fix what your guys did. They now needs a whole new vent. You can be sure I wont be recommending DRx to no one else.

DRX did a nice job at my home. They explained exactly what they were doing before they arrived, and they arrived on time on the day of my appointment. I received a courtesy call as promised when they were on their way, and they wore protective shoe coverings, so they didn't track any dirt in my home. I am confident in their work and professionalism. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
