Using DRW has been a nightmare. I am an apartment owner, and contracted DRW Management without reading any reviews about them. Big mistake. DRW did not keep in contact with us regarding people coming to see the apartment or people who applied. Their policy is to only contact the owner if they have someone moving in. As an owner, it is good to know how many people are looking and get feedback from those people. This is a horrible property management company. They do not respond to trouble calls and lack ethos. Diana will say that the repairs are in the works and nothing is down. If you question them, they will refuse to answer or be held accountable. It took legal action to break the lease and still have yet to check out mold and left dead rodents for months.
