Best optometrist I have ever seen... He and his staff really cares about their patients
I had a terrible customer service experience I was denied service twice, they told me my insurance was not valid due to a transformation of benefits and they could not accept me as a patient. I called the insurance company my benefits were still being honored to be a patient but the staff did not care to call the insurance co to confirm my eligibility as a patient with insurance coverage.
I felt Dr. Ramirez was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in his care.
