I attended a graduation dinner. Yes, it was a large party but the food should have never been cold. We also had an hour wait for hush puppies and salads. It was an additional 2 hour wait for COLD food. The manager on duty never checked in to see if everything was okay. However, he demanded that his head waitress be tipped an undeserved 18% gratuity.
