The housekeeping staff took a $5 tip from me then stole a brand new bottle of face wash. Why? No idea. The manager tried to say maybe they threw it away. Why would you throw away a brand new bottle of face wash? Don't stay here. I'm wondering what else is missing? I see they replied that my items couldn't be "located" my items were STOLEN BY YOUR STAFF

The BEST part starts when you walk in the door and hear the Happy voices of other guests at the tables. Next is the friendly and welcoming staff that gets you checked in. You get to your room and it is CLEAN. The 5:30-7pm food is great. The exercise room is clean and the machines work well. The bed is comfortable. Wake up feeling refreshed. The breakfast is wonderful. So refreshing to stay at a Hotel that is so clean welcoming!! THANKYOU! I want all the staff to know that the efforts are so appreciated!!
