Great location. Staff are friendly and mostly attentive. We stay here frequently when visiting St Charles and St Louis area. Nightly food and drinks are very convenient as well as daily free breakfast makes this hotel a great value. Thanks for providing value and comfort in this economy.
Bed was too soft but service was great
Stayed here for a month on a business trip. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They were very prompt to take care of any issues that I had. I would definitely recommend the plaza to anyone staying for an extended period of time.. at dinner I was allowed to have two or three free drinks in the meals were pretty good although all I ever ate was breakfast. It is within walking distance of a cool little bar that we hung out and watched football at on Sunday. There is also a casino close by which I capitalized on $$$
All staff were very, very friendly and hardworking! The breakfast and happy hour were fantastic.
