I had a medical procedure near the hotel and because of the anesthesia I couldn’t drive. I used Uber from the hotel to the medical facility however when “Cindy” and the front desk heard of this, Cindy insisted on picking me up with the shuttle for my safety.Cindy came and helped me back to the hotel and even took me to my room because I was unstable walking. When I went to dinner she came and looked for me to make sure I was ok and wanted to know if I needed anything. I will always remember the kindness safety I was provided... read more

This Drury offers the excellent amenities that you would expect at a Drury but what really makes it a wonderful hotel is the friendly, helpful, caring staff.

This is our second time staying at this location. We just did a family staycation for the weekend. For the most part everything was great. The big problem for me is the way they handled the situation when I spoke with them multiple times about my wife slipping on a patch of ice very hard in the parking lot. She is still hurt. The part that bothers me is after me telling them they never went outside to address the situation to try and prevent this from happening again. To me this was just a big slap in the face.
