DAN IS THE MAN! Dan at the concierge desk is such a good and organized guy with handling my companies to and from shipments to this hotel. We typically book clients to stay here and he is always accommodating for them and foreign and domestic shipping. It's always great when you have concierge you can trust!

Anyone can write a positive review when everything goes as expected. The real test is when there is an issue and how it is resolved. We spent 4 nights here and had a 2 minor hiccups which were resolved quickly and professionally. The team at this hotel is truey a :TEAM" The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and served in a restaurant setting even providing booth settings. House keeping has been trained to greet guests with a smile. I recommend leaving them a tip for their hard work in cleaning rooms efficiently. I Highly rec... read more

W.A.R.N.I.N.G I do lots of traveling for various reasons. I have stayed in plenty of 4 and 5 star hotels but this one was hands down my favorite ! The rooms do need a serious update. The bathrooms are small and the showers lack the "niiiice" factor but the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the huge bay windows with a view from the top floor.
