Amazing service with kindness and care! The location is great, the hotel is clean, and food is good. The real story? The staff is wonderful. We checked in after a long day of travel and were about to miss the Kickback food event. The gentleman at the front desk told us to go eat first and he would check us in after we ate. The staff was so nice and helpful! They made me feel right at home.The room was super clean and the bed was very comfy.This hotel is in a perfect spot. It is close to all the main attractions.The free breakfast was amazing. Oan kick hr you allowed 3 free cocktails abd food, which was delicious. I had a wonderful stay! I will recommend your Hotel to anyone. 10/10.
Stayed over the essence weekend and this place exceeded my expectations. Its close to the superdome, convention center, and bourbon st. The rooms were spacious and clean with high ceilings which I love. Love the amenities and the staff was so kind, helpful, and attentive. It was a busy weekend and they were so kind to everyone helping them with directions to city staples and assisting with a smooth check in and check out process. Will Def stay again and recommend
Spectacular! The staff was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the room was so nice. The pool was perfect and so was the hot tub. We really enjoyed dinner and the drinks were a perfect end to the day. The location is convenient for jumping on the streetcar. We will visit this property again.
