We were so excited for our stay with a potential view of New Orleans, until… Upon checking in hotel parking was mandatory as the streets were blocked off for Mardi Gras, even with handicap parking, we were required to pull into the garage. We paid for and “oversized” suite as we weren’t sure if we would be watching the Super Bowl in the room or off site. After checking in & settling down, we moved to the kickback. Excellent hotel in the heart of it all! Loved the customer service here; every employee was kind, helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Bee at check in for being so kind, and to the two young women making cocktails at Kickback Hour: you two know your ways around drinks! Hotel is super clean, breakfast was fantastic, service is so, so efficient, and we love the location of the hotel----quiet & calm amidst all the rowdy fun that is New Orleans. Book this hotel today!
