The hotel is in a great location and has a parking garage that has levels that are dedicated to people staying at the Drury. A complimentary hot breakfast and mutiple choices for an early appetizer type meal is also complimentary. The Bar/ Kitche cooks food hot and delicious to eat there or to take to your room. The service was amazing and everything was very delicious.

Was just in town from Iowa for a concert for the night, amazing customer service by all especially Kenneth. Would come visit again, when in Milwaukee.

I did not stay the the hotel, but my 80 year old father fell outside the hotel on the street and was injured. We brought him in the hotel and the Drury staff were extremely compassionate and kind and helped us call emergency services. They gave us water, towels and a first aid kit and were so friendly! Thank you Drury staff!!! My father is fine now.

The complimentary breakfast and evening appetizers were very good, however, we requested a specific room and the request was approved but we did not receive the commodity. When we brought it up to the front desk it was brushed off. Also very expensive for an extremely small room. Smallest room we've ever rented from any hotel. We will not be spending our nights there again based alone on the front desk gentleman who completely disregarded our concerns.
