Drury is our go to hotel when travelling. If there's a Drury, we stay there. We don't even look at the competition. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the prices are always competitive. The amenities at the Drury always surpass the competition: pool, evening happy hour, dinner, and breakfast are all included.
Nice clean well located hotel in downtown Milwaukee. Although I didn't participate, they have some nice perks: happy hour and hot breakfast. However, the main reason for my review is to compliment the front desk staff member, Angel...She was delightful, professional and went above and beyond to assure I had everything I needed.
Drury Hotel, Downtown Milwaukee, I arrived at the hotel for a business trip and was greeted by a very helpful front desk associate (Soyi). Unfortunately, she ran into some trouble charging the card on file from my employer for the room deposit. When she asked her teammate (Ethan) for help he walked over, and he immediately turned his attention to the guest behind me and had a conversation about drink tickets, which made the situation awkward for both me and Soyi.
