We just returned from a 4 night stay at Drury Plaza Santa Fe. I reserved a suite last April through the Auto Club Travel Agent. Upon our arrival I was shocked to find that we had been downgraded to a 2 queen bed room for the same cost as a suite! I was told that this change had been made by a supervisor because they were overbooked and nothing could be done about it. What a disappointment!
