The location isn't very good because you don't really have a view of anything besides a highway that's actively being built. It's very far away from the main city of Dallas which is a bummer because it takes us a long time to get to anywhere. The actual service is nice the staff is nice. The rooms are a decent size. Location is great for me! I love the security of the parking garage. Also this hotel is superb for the price!
This has been the perfect hotel for our visits to UTDallas. We appreciate the friendly reception desk, the gated parking garage, the comfortable rooms, the Rewards program, the included hot breakfast and evening Kickback (special shout out to Cory who serves the drinks), as well as the swimming pool in warm weather.
We stay in Hotels weekly for business. Sabrina at the front desk is very polite and patient. This place has good beds and the rooms are clean. Gym is like a quaint home gym. Plus the food is sometimes helpful when on the run
