My daughter left an Amazon Fire TV Stick behind. I called the hotel on the day we checked out and spoke with Michelle. She said they would look for it and call me back. A couple hours later my son who lives close to there went by to check but they told him the same thing and sent him away, acting very rude towards him. I've made several trips to the area and this is the best hotel I've stayed at. I'd also say it is probably the best non luxury resort experience I've had. Every staff member we interacted with was outstanding.
