Anyone can write a positive review when everything goes as expected. The real test is when there is an issue and how it is resolved. We spent 4 nights here and had a 2 minor hiccups which were resolved quickly and professionally. The team at this hotel is truey a :TEAM" The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and served in a restaurant setting even providing booth settings. W.A.R.N.I.N.G I do lots of traveling for various reasons. I have stayed in plenty of 4 and 5 star hotels but this one was hands down my favorite ! The rooms do need a serious update. The bathrooms are small and the showers lack the "niiiice" factor but the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the huge bay windows with a view from the top floor.
