Outstanding service, quality room. Reasonable price.
5 stars for sure! The front desk folks were awesome even when faced with a computer downtime. The rooms and corridors were clean. The Kickback and Breakfast were exceptional! All the staff involved were courteous and helpful. The parking garage, albeit a bit cramped for parking vans, was convenient and clean.
The room is clean, but the linens and bed covers smell bad as if they haven’t been washed or were stored for too long. As soon as you enter the room, it smells old. Their restaurant is also extremely crowded, it feels like you’re in a marketplace.
Arrived 4pm. Computer system is down so can’t check in. Everyone is waiting in the lobby. Front desk is friendly and working hard with guests while waiting for the system to come up. Everyone is cool.
