I am currently a guest in this hotel. This is my second time staying at this location. I made my reservation through the app 2 months ago for 2 queen beds, when I got here tonight I was told they were sold out of the room I reserved. I was offered an upgrade of a king bed and a let out couch. This same thing happened to me April 2026. This is disappointing because I have never encountered this issue at any other Drury location. I will add the location is clean.
Tina at the bar is amazing and so kind!
Excellent ! This is safe, clean, great breakfast and evening meal. Close to mercy hospital.
Good food good service 10/10 would recommend
