Rinni and Lucas are great host!! They were so kind and really nice to talk to! All the other staff were nice and professional as well! Very clean rooms!
I live local and could not get to my home due to flooding in the area. I have always enjoyed drury inn at other cities. So i decide to choose drury inn in the city i live. The guy behind the desk last night was so nice. He let me get a room knowing that i booked through price line and i accidentally booked the wrong dates and they already took my money out. He gave me a number to priceline to call and i called they said they would call back and a representative would call back in an hour. I got in the room and an hour later ... read more
Very nice stay. Room was very nice and the staff was exceptional. The only negative was the 4am garbage truck emptying dumpsters every morning outside our 3rd floor window. However, it didn't ruin my stay. Just ask to not face the back parking lot. Overall, a very good experience.
Always reliable and above the rest.
